Processing takes 2-3 business days before your order is shipped. Processing occurs Monday through Friday. (Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the next business day, which is Monday.) Express Shipping orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (varies by location)

2. When will my tracking number be updated?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping activity typically updates within 24 hours. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, contact customer service at info@dlashaycollection.com
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a fast delivery, all orders are processed daily. Once your payment is complete, orders cannot be changed or altered.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and untampered with. We are not responsible for any attempts to alter or customize products.
You must contact us first before returning your package at info@dlashaycollection.com within the 7-day return period. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and must not be damaged in any way. If the product is opened or tampered with, a return will not be issued.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method once we receive, inspect, and confirm that the returned product was not opened or altered. Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after approval.
6. Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days. However, the product must not be opened, used, or tampered with. If we receive an altered product, it will be sent back to you.
All sales are final on custom or clearance items.

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping provider with tracking as Dlashay Collection is not responsible for lost returns.
